Rohan is General Counsel of Habito, a digital mortgage broker and mortgage lender. Having trained and spent five years in the Corporate team at Linklaters, Rohan moved in-house, joining the Legal team of tech services and software developer Tata Consultancy Services (initially in New York and subsequently back in London). Rohan moved to become the first lawyer at LOC Group, a private equity backed global energy and shipping consultancy; creating and leading a Legal function covering all 30 offices in 20 countries, as well as serving on the Group Management Board.
At Habito, Rohan has built and leads a growing and full-service Legal function, as well as being on the senior leadership team and helping to lead various initiatives within the business.
